I like the poem " I Love Mom " it really has a profound meaning of love children 's mother , the poem about longing for the mother , and prayed to God to love you like they were little. I really like the word , meaning , and I could feel all the prayers to Mother of God , which is really wonderful because all of Sacrifice is so sincere mother could never be replaced by anyone

My Future

My future

This year gonna be the best year ever for me, because I am graduated my study after 4 years being student of management. I really not believe if i can pass all the problem in my college. I was pass the Penelitian Ilmiah on 6 semester that I think I can’t. Now I am in 8 semester, I just have 4 months to be graduated from my college. In this post I will explain how I gonna be if I graduated this year.

If this year I can finish my last assignment that called Skripsi, I will be graduate this year. If I graduated this year I will apply a job in every company that suitable with my education. I will have a job to save my money for travelling that why I must be work before I continue my study. When I have enough money to continue my study I will continue my study in Indonesia because I dont wanna far away from my mom.

If I have enough money after i have a job, I wanna buy a camera and start to be youtuber beacuse that my passion. I spend all my time to watch beauty tutorial in youtube, and I wanna be a youtuber too because I think it would be fun and interesting. I can have a job for have money to help my family finance and do something that I love.

When I have a job, my family finance stable, and I meet someone who would makes me fall in love with him and then he ask to marry me I will marry him in right time. I want have a little family and have a children and build a happy family.

Pura Uluwatu

I Spent my holiday semester to Bali in February 2016 . I bought ticket promo air asia on November from my friend ega. Every year Iing and I always spent our holiday semester together. One year ago I went to Jogja and this year i went to Bali. Everybody knew that Bali have a beautiful view and makes everyone happy with the weather. I have a good news because not only me and iing who going to Bali but also with another 10 friends. They are, Juan, Suvi, Lolita, Yulia, Deny, Kiki, Liling, Dini, and Afafah.

I flight to Bali in 23 February at 8.30 am but I stay in airport from 05.00 am. Its really nervous because this is my first time to flight. I’m really sad because can’t take a picture, my phone was broken before I go to Bali. When we are arrived in Bali, we used grab car to the hostel. We are stayed at Rumah Harian Bali. In first day, my friends and I just walk to Kuta Beach.

On Second day we going to Nusa Dua Beach, Pandawa Beach dan Pura Uluwatu. In Pura Uluwatu we pay the ticket Rp. 15.000. When we enter the pura, we must be carefull beacause there a lot of monkeys. Keep your stuff like, watch, sunglasses, food or etc to avoid monkeys.

Pura Uluwatu have a beautifull view, you can see ocean, see a lot tree and of course pura for pray. Pura Uluwatu made by Mpu Kuturan or Mpu Rajakreta in XI century. Every Hindu pray to Dewa Rudra in Pura Uluwatu.

Charlotte  Bronte Jane Eyre

Charlotte Bronte was born on 21 April 1816 and died in 1855. She grew up with her sister and brother amid the bleak moorlandsand hills of  Yorkshire, in the rectory at haworth near Keighley where her father was curate for forty years. In her early years she was educated at home but later spent one year  with her sisters in the Clergy Daughters’s School at Cowan’s Bridge. Their unhappy experiences there as result of poor food and harsh discipline were afterwards vividly brought to life in Jane Eyre, her classic novel of the shy young goverments.

Business is a word which is commonly used in many different languages. But exactly what does it mean? The concepts and activities of business have increased in modern times. Traditionally, business simply meant exchange or trade for things people wanted or needed. Today it has a more techinal definition. One definition of business is the production, distribution, and sale of goods and services for a profit. To examine this definition, we will look at its various parts.

Bisnis adalah kata yang umum digunakan dalam berbagai bahasa. Tapi apa artinya? Konsep dan kegiatan bisnis telah meningkat di zaman modern. Di zaman Tradisional, bisnis hanya berarti pertukaran atau perdagangan untuk hal-hal yang orang inginkan atau butuhkan. Hari ini ia memiliki definisi yang lebih teknis, salah satu definisi bisnis adalah produksi, distribusi, dan penjualan barang dan jasa untuk mendapatkan keuntungan. Ratusan buruh PT Sun Star, Cibitung, Kabupaten Bekasi melakukan aksi mogok kerja. Aksi tersebut dilakukan sebagai bentuk solidaritas lantaran 10 orang buruh diputus kerja (PHK) secara sepihak.

Sempat beredar informasi bahwa buruh sempat menyandera manajemen PT Sun Star, namun hal ini dibantah oleh Kapolres Bekasi Kombes Wahyu Hadiningrat.

\\\"Tidak ada penyanderaan. Hanya aksi mogok saja,\\\" kata Wahyu saat dikonfirmasi detikcom, Senin (28\/5\/2012).

Wahyu mengatakan, aksi mogok tersebut dilakukan pada Senin (28\/5) sore sekitar pukul 15.00 WIB. Para buruh melakukan orasi di lokasi tersebut. \\\"Ini masalah outsourching saja. Untuk lebih jelasnya bisa ditanyakan ke Dinas Tenaga Kerja (Disnaker),\\\" jelasnya.

Istilah pemutusan hubungan kerja (PHK) (sparation) memiliki kesamaan dengan pemberhentian atau pemisahan karyawan dari suatu organisasi. Para ahli pun memberikan pandangan tersendiri terkait PHK. Menurut Tulus (1993), pemutusan hubungan kerja (separation) adalah mengembalikan karyawan ke masyarakat. Sedagkan menurut Hasibuan (2001) pemberhentian adalah pemutusan hubungan kerja seseorang karyawan dengan suatu organisasi (perusahaan). Dari beberapa pegertian di atas dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa pemutusan hubungan kerja (PHK) merupakan pemberhentian karyawan dari suatu perusahaan sehingga antara karyawan dan perusahaan(organisasi) tidak ada hubungan lagi.

Dari kasus di atas dapat diketahui bahwa PT Sun Star, Cibitung, Kabupaten Bekasi melakukan pelanggaran etika dengan pemecatan sepihak yang mereka lakukan. Hal ini merupakan pelanggaran etika karena para pekerja yang dipecat tidak lagi mendapatkan gaji yang seharusnya mereka peroleh dan menyebabkan kesulitan ekonomi. Seharusnya PT Sun Star, Cibitung, Kabupaten Bekasi dapat memberikan pesangon dan pekerjaan pengganti yang dapat membantu para pekerja tersebut.

Program CSR yang dilakukan oleh Nusantara Regas Kesehatan, Pendidikan, Pelestarian Lingkungan, Pemberdayaan Masyarakat dan Infrastruktur.

Perencanaan Program CSR di NR meliputi kegiatan yang bersifat sustainable (berkelanjutan); berupa pelatihan dan pemberdayaan potensi masyarakat melalui keterlibatan  usaha peningkatan sumber daya alam contoh nya adalah  Penanaman Rumah Ikan di sekitar Pulau Untung Jawa (pulau terdekat dari keberadaan FSRU).

Sejalan dengan usia perusahaan th 2013 berusia 4 th, saat ini PT Nusantara Regas masih berkonsentrasi pada wilayah terdekat dari keberadaan FSRU, yaitu Pulau Untung Jawa di Teluk Jakarta.

Pelaksanaan program CSR PT Nusantara Regas dilakukan dengan melalui tahapan yaitu :

·         Tahun 2012 PT Nusantara Regas (NR) mengawalinya kegiatan sosialnya dengan melakukan pemetaan atas masalah yang ada di masyarakat di bulan Januari . Di Pulau terdekat dari rencana penempatan Floting Storage Regasification Unit  (FSRU) Jawa Barat (FSRU tiba di Teluk Jakarta 12 April 2012), yaitu Pulau Untung Jawa.

·         Tujuan pemetaan adalah untuk menentukan  permasalahan yang ada di masyarakat secara nyata di lapangan (bukan dari permintaan masyarakat semata-mata). Kegiatan pemetaan merupakan langkah awal sebelum perusahaan melakukan kegiatan sosial lebih lanjut untuk bersinergi dengan  masyarakat  sebagai  penerima manfaat dari program CSR perusahaan tersebut.

·         Pulau Untung Jawa  berada di Teluk Jakarta,   bagian dari Kepulauan  Seribu dengan jarak terdekat  dengan lokasi FSRU berada.  Pulau Untung Jawa dengan luas sekitar 40 Ha terdiri dari 3 RW dengan jumlah  penduduk per Januari 2012 adalah  2068 jiwa terdiri dari  laki-laki 1074 dan perempuan 994 orang dengan  522 Kepala Keluarga.  Penduduk dengan mata pencaharian  41,7 % adalah nelayan dan selebihnya terdiri dari buruh dan pedagang musiman.

Hasil pemetaan disimpulkan bahwa prioritas program bagi masyarakat di P Untung Jawa dengan masyarakat sebagian besar bermata pencaharian  nelayan adalah program  Pendidikan (Penyuluhan),  Kemitraan dan Pelestarian Lingkungan.

2.    TEORI

Definisi CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) adalah suatu tindakan atau konsep yang dilakukan oleh perusahaan (sesuai kemampuan perusahaan tersebut) sebagai bentuk tanggung jawab mereka terhadap sosial/lingkungan sekitar dimana perusahaan itu berada. Contoh bentuk tanggung jawab itu bermacam-macam, mulai dari melakukan kegiatan yang dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat dan perbaikan lingkungan, pemberian beasiswa untuk anak tidak mampu, pemberian dana untuk pemeliharaan fasilitas umum, sumbangan untuk desa/fasilitas masyarakat yang bersifat sosial dan berguna untuk masyarakat banyak, khususnya masyarakat yang berada di sekitar perusahaan tersebut berada. Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) merupakan fenomena strategi perusahaan yang mengakomodasi kebutuhan dan kepentingan stakeholder-nya. CSR timbul sejak era dimana kesadaran akan sustainabilityperusahaan jangka panjang adalah lebih penting daripada sekedar profitability.

3.    ANALISIS

Menurut saya penggunaan CSR sangat lah berguna untuk masyarakat terlebih dapat menguntungkan kedua belah pihak anatar perusahaan dan masyarakat. CSR dapat memberikan dampak yang baik untuk perusahaan agar memiliki hubungan yang baik dengan masyarakat. Contoh CSR Nusatara Regas membuat lingkungan yang lebih baik dengan penyuluhan untuk para nelayan agar dapat memberikan ilmu untuk para nelayan sangat bagus untuk tetap menjaga lingkungan kepulauan seribu.
